LCSims offers addons in two areas of interest. First is the MeshX line of products. These offer high resolution mesh, ranging from 10 meter, 5 meter and 2 meter. There are some states that have source material that would compile into better than 2 meter resolution, but the data has not been worked as of this writing. Should the visual quality warrant such a release, it will be made available for purchase. It will not be made available if it does not offer the serious simmer, with a very powerful computer, the quality that should be expected from a payware product.
The second line of products is the VFR+ and VFR X photo texture coverage packages. The VFR+ products will be based upon 1 meter source imagery, that is then compiled into 1.19 meter resolution for FSX. The VFR X products will be based upon source imagery that is natively less than 1 meter in resolution.
It is not the practice of LCSims to downsample source material to achieve a new product. There is enough quality source material, some at very extreme resolutions, to ensure plenty of products for the coming months.
